Circle 75 Offices A Prime Location as Ruling Approves New Braves Stadium

Though the public has known about the Atlanta Braves’ plan to build a new stadium in Cobb County since their 2013 announcement, an ongoing court challenge surrounding the funding had left progress uncertain.

That uncertainty is now lifted with the Cobb County Superior Court’s recent unanimous ruling that the intergovernmental contract used to authorize the bonds is valid. The new Future SunTrust Park Stadium is officially on course to be Home of the Braves for the 2017 season and beyond!

For SK Commercial Realty, this is especially exciting news—and not just because we’re big Braves fans! The SunTrust Park Stadium will be built near the interchange of interstates 285 and 75, which will make the Braves neighbors to our newly acquired Circle 75 Office Park, at the epicenter of the Northwest Atlanta/Cumberland submarket. Already a hub surrounded by restaurants, banks, and retail, the addition of the brand new stadium will bring even more growth to the area, making Circle 75 truly a prime location.

The trio of buildings that comprise Circle 75 are the 900 building, with up to 12,241 square feet of space available, the 1000 building, with up to 22,842 square feet available, and the 1100, with up to 17,517 square feet available. In addition to having an interstate-accessible, prime location, both the 900 and 1100 buildings offer some suites with field views of the new stadium. All 3 buildings also boast free covered parking, fitness centers, conferencing facilities, on-site storage, multiple fiber providers, and on-site management.  The 900 and 1100 buildings have their own cafes, as well. With the aggressive rental rates we’re offering and the area’s outlook growing brighter and brighter, these buildings are projected to fill up fast. Braves fans looking for prime commercial office space, take note!
