Circle 75 Offices A Prime Location as Ruling Approves New Braves Stadium
Though the public has known about the Atlanta Braves’ plan to build a new stadium in Cobb County since their 2013 announcement, an ongoing court challenge surrounding the funding had left progress uncertain.
That uncertainty is now lifted with the Cobb County Superior Court’s recent unanimous ruling that the intergovernmental contract used to authorize the bonds is valid. The new Future SunTrust Park Stadium is officially on course to be Home of the Braves for the 2017 season and beyond!
