the Appointment of Chris Moffett as President of SK Investment Group

announce the appointment of Chris Moffett as President of SK Investment Group.
This strategic addition underscores SKCR's commitment to expanding and

With a strong track record of execution, SKCR has raised and
deployed over $60M in equity over the past two years. Now, scaling its
investment activities with intention, SKCR is raising an additional $75M to
$100M of capital to seize a growing pipeline of attractive opportunities.

Moffett, who began his career in real estate asset
management with the Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, and also served
as Area President at Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI: one of the nation's largest
REIT's) where his division was successful in growing revenue from $182 million
to over $1.3 billion, is excited to bring his experience full circle.
