A native of Minneapolis, MN, Stacey Carmichael relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1991 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Stacey has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, is accomplished in developing and maintaining positive client relationships while managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. Stacey has been successful with 3rd party facilities management, construction, financial reporting, to name a few. In addition, Stacey maintained annual operating and capital budgets totaling $2.5 Million by planning, forecasting, and analyzing monthly reports, and providing variance explanations.

Prior to obtaining her current position with SK Commercial-Atlanta, Stacey was a General Manager for commercial maintenance company and general contractor. She managed day to day operation procedures by leading teams of technicians, client services, revenue growth, and vendor sourcing. She was continually driven to drive profitability, control costs, and improve processes.

In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and two kitties, watching football, traveling, and caring for her plants.
