Chris Little began his real estate career in 2013. In 2017, he joined SK Commercial Realty as a Senior Vice President focusing on the office and industrial markets.

Chris offers his clients detailed analysis and strategic planning in the areas of leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of all commercial properties. Chris is currently pursuing the CCIM designation to offer expanded expertise to his investment clients. To date, Chris has completed transactions of over 1.5 million square feet and $100 million in value.

Prior to SKCR, Chris was a Senior Vice President at Commercial Property Professionals. He also held various sales and leadership roles with PPG Architectural Coatings. Chris graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.B.A. in Management and lives in Acworth, GA with his wife and two daughters.
