Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
SK Commercial Realty is looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketing coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts. In this flexible, part-time role (15-20 hours/week), you'll work closely with our Marketing Director to bring campaigns to life -designing marketing materials, managing our social media presence, and helping maintaining email campaigns.

Job Description:
SK Commercial Realty is looking for a creative, proactive marketing associate to provide part-time support to the marketing department. This role can either be performed on- or off-site, with occasional drop-ins once or twice a month so the team can speak with you directly if necessary.
The overall goal of this position would be to assist the marketing director in creating custom and templated graphics, managing social media channels, writing blogs, and supporting a busy commercial real estate brokerage.
Activities
- Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns
- Develop visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and occasionally TikTok to showcase our properties and services
- Manage our social media accounts by planning and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Schedule and maintain an email campaign calendar using MailChimp
- Assemble and write blog posts and/or press releases
- Provide administrative support
Minimum Qualifications
- Personal laptop capable of handling high-res images and graphic design software
- Moderate or higher knowledge of Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Acrobat, and/or Illustrator
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills
- Knowledge of Google Maps
- Knowledge of Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to be available to respond to texts/calls during regular work hours (9-5)
- Creative, flexible, self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Portfolio of relevant work
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent training in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, graphic design, media, or similar field
- Ability to come in to our office at The Battery once or twice a month
- Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
- Experience using MailChimp
- Ability to professionally handle large personalities and tight deadlines
About the Role
This position provides support to the Marketing Director and Chief Operations Officer, who in turn support a collection of real estate salespeople, property managers, investors, and project consultants. The volume of work depends directly on the needs of the other businesspeople within SK Commercial Realty, meaning some weeks of work will be more rigorous than others. This role would need to be able to occasionally meet time requirements for a quick turnaround project or reply to someone in need of immediate assistance during normal business hours.
