Job Description:

As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate at SK Commercial Realty, you will be at the forefront of driving our business forward. Your role will be instrumental in identifying potential clients, showcasing prime properties, and negotiating deals that align with the visions and objectives of both buyers and sellers. Your passion for commercial real estate and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships and create a dynamic network of clients and industry partners.


  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, both individuals, and businesses, through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and referrals.
  2. Property Showcase: Present commercial properties to prospective tenants and buyers, providing compelling and persuasive leasing and sales pitches that highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, earning their trust as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor in the commercial real estate market.
  4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market news, trends, property values, and emerging opportunities to provide informed advice to clients and investors.
  5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers.
  6. Deal Management: Oversee and coordinate the transaction process, ensuring all necessary documentation and legalities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  7. Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the growth and success of the company.


  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or related fields.
  2. Education & Real Estate License: A bachelor's degree (BS/BS) from a four-year university and a valid real estate license in Georgia or be willing to obtain one before starting.
  3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local and regional commercial real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with favorable outcomes.
  6. Financial Skills: Knowledge of financial terms and principles and can conduct basic financial analysis.
  7. Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the drive and determination to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  8. Networking: Adept at building and maintaining a robust network of contacts and industry relationships.
  9. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate databases, Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other technology tools used in the industry.
