During that time, he has honed his skills when it comes to representing both landlords and tenants alike, using a combination of patience and insight to provide the best service possible for his clients. William is results-oriented and driven by integrity and perseverance.
William specializes in industrial and office property sales as well as tenant and landlord representation, and brings to each transaction the wisdom that only comes from experience and industry knowledge. His expertise is end-to-end property evaluation, property analysis, and lease and sale negotiation.
William began his career at Carter & Associates, a real estate development company where he focused on tenant and landlord representation for industrial and office projects throughout the southeast. He left Carter after five years and moved to Commercial Property Professionals, where William developed his skills in corporate real estate, managing negotiations and the intricacies of real estate economics and location intelligence. Eight years later, William became the corporate real estate manager for Rollins, Inc., finding locations for all the company's many subsidiaries.
A few of William's past clients include the Coca-Cola Company, Mizuno, Black & Decker, US Plastics Recovery, Kool Smiles, JNJ Play Systems, and Magnolia Golf Group. With opportunities to work with clients ranging from start-ups and regional entities to global clients, William's portfolio is as diverse as his skill set.
William attended Radford University in Virginia and received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a focus in business management. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. William lives in Dunwoody with his wife, Susan, and their two children.
