PX joined SK Commercial Realty in 2019 and specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, best fulfilling the real estate needs of his clients purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial properties. PX's extensive real estate background spans more than 15 years.
He began his career with Atlanta Fines Homes/Sotheby's International in 2004 on the residential side and switched to commercial real estate in 2010 with Dunwoody Holdings. At Dunwoody Holdings he served as Director of Leasing and Asset Management, where he oversaw all operations of a portfolio of more than 350,000 SQ FT. Throughout his career, he has negotiated over 350 lease transactions.
After graduating from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA. PX received his BA from the University of Georgia, and later received an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Cox School of Business at SMU in Dallas, TX. In addition, PX holds both the CCIM and CPM designations. PX is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and currently resides in Buckhead.
