Jeff provides comprehensive real estate services tailored to maximizing value for medical specialty practices. In his role at SK Commercial Realty, he is responsible for the execution of exclusive client objectives for property investors and owners of healthcare real estate. In addition to representing owners/investors of healthcare real estate, he focuses on select tenant representation assignments for local and regional companies and medical practices, providing an assortment of services including current lease/sale analysis, strategic planning, market searches and lease negotiations. He executes a comprehensive leasing and marketing plan aimed to maximize the value of the asset and reach other goals and objectives defined by his clients. Other services provided to investors and owners include acquisition and disposition strategies, property evaluation and market analysis.
Jeff has vast experience working with developers of medical facilities to provide pre-construction services including feasibility studies, design consulting and property branding. Prior to joining SK Commercial Realty, Jeff offered specialized healthcare real estate services through CBRE as a Senior Associate and as an Associate with McWhirter Realty Partners where he developed his in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market with a keen eye for healthcare needs.
Jeff joined SK Commercial Realty to further expand his specialty network and to enhance the services of the SK Healthcare Real Estate Team. He boasts more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry serving healthcare providers in Atlanta. Jeff has success-fully negotiated and executed transactions totaling over $150 million. Mr. Fortner is a native Atlantan and a graduate from The University of Georgia. He currently resides in Smyrna, Georgia with his wife and two children.
