Jay DuSauzay is a Project Consultant with SK Project Consulting (SKPC), a division of SK Commercial Realty. He specializes in commercial and medical interior office construction and has amassed experience in the assembly of dermatopathology laboratories, dentist and periodontist offices, pain management clinics, fertility clinics and physician's offices.
Jay began his career in real estate with Choate Construction. As a general contractor, he managed the construction of several high end restaurants including King & Duke, Lure, and Seed. Jay also managed several complicated retail buildouts including Crate & Barrel Lenox and Drybar Hair Salon.
He joined SK Project Consulting in 2013, bringing with him experience in building high-end custom restaurants, retail stores, commercial office space and corporate fitness centers. Jay currently serves as a tenant and landlord representative construction manager for numerous commercial and medical office projects.
Jay attended the University of Virginia, where he double majored in business and psychology. He is an avid supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Since 2011, Jay has participated in several of their annual fundraising efforts including Cars & 'Cue for the Cause, Great Strides, Cycle for Life, Battle for a Cure and most recently the Peachtree Society, a small group of young professionals committed to raising $125,000 for the foundation in a calendar year.
In his free time, Jay services and rides antique motorcycles. He is a certified PADI Divemaster who has logged more than 400 dives and is a lover of all things equestrian.
