SK Commercial Realty Gains 4 Million Square Feet in Bryant Management Services Property Management Acquisition

SK Commercial Realty's property management group is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Bryant Management Services property management portfolio, increasing SK Property Management's footprint by four million square feet to total over six million square feet.

SK Property Management is comprised of seven managers, overseeing the operations of 14 office and industrial parks, 35 buildings total. Managed properties include: Circle 75, a 621,000-square-foot office park adjacent to The Battery; The Commons at Lake Hearn, a premier three-building medical office park near Emory St. Joseph's medical campus that totals nearly 355,000 square feet; Parkside Terrace, two office buildings in Alpharetta totaling almost 250,000 square feet; and more. Altogether, SK Property Management currently manages approximately 2 million square feet.

Bryant Management Services property management has four managers supervising 52 properties throughout the Atlanta area. Over 4.3 million square feet of their portfolio is comprised of industrial or flex properties, balancing SK's office- and medical-heavy repertoire.

Combined, SK Property Management will have eleven property managers covering properties in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Conyers, Calhoun, Forest Park, and Villa Rica.
