SK Commercial Realty Ranked #20 in 2026 Atlanta Business Chronicle Best Places to Work

SK Commercial Realty is proud to announce that we have been named among the top 20 companies in the 2026 Best Places to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace.

We ranked #20 in the Small Companies category (25 - 49 employees). There are five categories overall - Extra Large Companies, Large Companies, Medium Companies, Small Companies, and Micro Companies - each with 25 winners per category.

The recognition is especially meaningful because it directly reflects our team's experiences at SKCR. The Best Places to Work program measures research-validated workplace factors that influence employee engagement and satisfaction, including employees' willingness to go above and beyond, advocate for their organization, and stay for the future.

This year, SK Commercial Realty's employees gave the company a satisfaction rate of over 90%. Such a high result reflects the culture we work hard to foster every day - one built on collaboration, flexibility, professional growth, and a genuine commitment to our people. In fact, "flexible" was the top word our employees used to describe their work environment, with feedback highlighting mentorship, supportive leadership, and work/life balance as important parts of the SKCR experience.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle also acknowledged our Property Management division as one of the largest in the city, ranking SKPM as #24 by managed square footage. Earlier this year, SK's Brokerage division was ranked #22 largest by volume.
