SK Commercial Realty is thrilled to announce that we have been selected
among the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2024 Best Places to Work Awards!
Every year, hundreds of companies in the metro Atlanta area apply for this prestigious award, which is categorized by company size. SKCR qualified in the Small Company category, which includes companies with 25 to 49 employees.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle partnered with Quantum Workplace to manage the nominations process. Hundreds of companies apply each year, but this was SK Commercial Realty's first time participating. After completing a rigorous questionnaire, Quantum Workplace sent an anonymous survey to all SKCR employees, asking about company culture, leadership, engagement, and resources. The responses were scored, and the highest-scoring companies received the award.
Employees across SK Commercial Realty's various departments, including
property management, project consulting, accounting, marketing, engineering,
and leadership, provided their honest feedback about the company. This positive
feedback earned us a spot among the Top 25 companies in our category known for
their happy employees.
Anonymous responses included:
"SK Commercial Realty is dedicated to fostering and maintaining a workplace culture that ensures all associates feel valued and supported. I feel that my opinions and ideas are as valued as those of senior leadership. I know that I can approach the C-suite associates with questions or concerns at any time."
"We have a great team of people and leaders at SK Commercial Realty. There is a tremendous amount of interaction, sharing, and support between everyone at the company. Leadership provides learning and social outings to enhance our teamwork."
"I have been with the company for a very long time. It is a great place to work. We are family here. The owners care about you as a person and an employee. I will retire with this company."
Hugh Scott III, CEO of SK Commercial Realty, recognizes the honor that comes with such positive feedback.
"It is a compliment to be recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, but most importantly, it is an honor that our team members value and appreciate the culture and atmosphere we have cultivated together," he said. "It's a testament to the collaborative spirit and positive environment we all contribute to. I am grateful to be surrounded by these wonderful people each day."
We are proud to be recognized for our
outstanding workplace culture.
