Currently under construction near Truist Park is The Henry, a two-building high rise development by SK Commercial Realty and Goldenrod Companies. The Henry an homage to Hank Aaron, legendary Atlanta Braves player, and will connect the entrance to Truist Park to the building via a new pedestrian bridge. The development will feature 650 deluxe apartments, 54 luxury condominiums, street-level retail, and a 250-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. Other amenities include an amenity deck, pool, fitness center, dog park, and rooftop bar.

Also coming to the area is an additional build-to-suit office building adding to the Circle 75 Office Park, featuring 250,000 square feet of Class A space and a 19,000 square foot overlook in the penthouse that overlooks the 360-degree city views. The building is developed SK Commercial Realty and Goldenrod Companies and will be managed by SK Property Management. The 10-story property would be an excellent fit for a company looking for a place to set up corporate headquarters or even one just looking for one suite.

Another 250,000-square foot office property is also under construction on the other side of the baseball park, home to the Truist Securities executive offices. The plans include a 42,000-square foot trading floor and is more than double the size of the company's current Buckhead location.
