Lindsay Merritt is currently serving as Director of Property Management at SK Property Management. In this role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day operations for approximately 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.

With more than 8 years of property management experience, Lindsay assists with financial reporting, coordination of tenant improvements, contract management, tenant satisfaction, and lease negotiations. She has advanced knowledge of real estate, project management, including space planning. Lindsay utilizes her budget-conscious decision-making skills, efficient communication skills, to manage assets from an investment perspective. In addition, Lindsay assists with business development and onboarding of new assets.

Lindsay spends her spare time with her husband, Dylan Merritt and three-year-old daughter, Emersyn Kate.
