Harry brings over 33 years of expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in office, industrial, and medical properties. His experience includes managing complex build-to-suit (BTS) projects, overseeing large-scale developments, and providing strategic guidance to clients across a range of industries. Harry has worked with an impressive roster of companies, including The Home Depot, Andritz, Valmet, and numerous Fortune 500 firms, earning a reputation as a trusted and results-driven advisor.

Harry began his real estate career as the Real Estate Director at HiTech Corporation, later joining Grubb & Ellis in 1992. Two years later, he co-founded ICON Commercial, where he played a pivotal role in its growth and success before selling his interest in 2024.

Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Harry grew up in Ocala, Florida. A collegiate athlete, he played football at Troy University before transferring to the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he earned a degree in journalism. Before transitioning to real estate, Harry had a successful career in broadcast journalism, working for several TV news stations, including WKAB in Montgomery, where he reported on the State Legislature and anchored his own show, Life at Five with HD.

Harry is the proud father of five children and resides in North Fulton County, Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying engaged in his local community.
