Miss Stokes has more than twenty years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She started her career working for a third-party management company with a portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and condominium associations. As department of maintenance supervisor, she directed an engineering team consisting of 10 technicians overseeing all maintenance operations.

Chantel is a native New Englander, who relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2012, to start up a new facility management contract with Cushman and Wakefield for a large facility client with one hundred and twenty locations throughout the United States, her assigned portfolio consisted of thirty sites throughout the North and Southeast totaling 353K square feet.

Prior to coming on board with Lee and Associates, Chantel worked with Zeller for a Class-A office portfolio totaling over 320K square feet in Sandy Springs, GA. In addition, Chantel has held a position with CBRE, Inc. overseeing fifteen office buildings within Atlanta with the majority of tenants being Governmental.

Chantel has successfully completed BOMA-Atlanta PM 101 and 201 courses. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
