Charlie Low is a Project Consultant with SK Project Consulting (SKPC), a division of SK Commercial Realty. Charlie's hands on approach to project management from pre-construction through job completion allows him to deliver well-built and complex projects on time and within budget. He is responsible for planning, coordinating and leading a team of consultants, contractors, architects and engineers through the construction process. Charlie currently serves as a tenant representative project manager for numerous commercial and medical office projects.
Prior to joining SK, Charlie spent five years working in the Landscape Architecture Department at Niles Bolton Associates, an international multi-disciplinary architecture firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. As part of the firm's Land Planning and Project Development team, Charlie was responsible for organizing the client's vision into an overall design concept, from initial land planning to implementation. He holds a LEED Green Associate certification.
Charlie grew up in Atlanta where he attended the Lovett School before graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. He serves on the board of Heads Up for Harry, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young adults affected by mental illness. In his free time, you can find Charlie fly fishing, playing golf and tennis or trying new restaurants. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Kathleen and two dogs.
